A classic example of cool climate Cabernet Franc. An elegant, floral lift with blueberry and an underlying seasoned oak aroma. The palate is well weighted with soft tannins and rich red fruit interwoven with warm spices from the seasoned French oak. A full bodied wine with a persistent finish.

Description

Handpicked at optimal ripeness and flavour. Whole bunch pressed then fermented in small batch fermenters and hand plunged with 28 days on skins. The wine spent 10 months in 45% new and the balance in a mix of seasoned French oak. A classic example of cool climate Cabernet Franc.
