Pinot Noir
Denmark, Western Australia
Tasted 5 September 2026 Deep garnet in colour, with an alluring bouquet of ripe cherry and plum layered with warm spice and savoury notes of game and earth, revealing the complexity that comes with bottle age. The palate is dry and full-bodied, offering generous, ripe red fruit framed by subtle spice and earthy nuances. Fine, supple tannins are beautifully integrated, lending texture and poise, while a warm, persistent finish leaves a lingering impression of mature fruit and spice.
$45 each
WINEMAKING The fruit was hand-picked and transported to the winery for open-top stainless steel fermentation with approximtely 30% whole bunch inclusion. Careful plunging was undertaken to ensure gentle extraction of colour, flavour and fine, elegant tannins. The wine was then pressed off and matured in 20% new and remaining in seasoned French oak for 10 months. Minimal fining and filtration prior to bottling.
