This wine displays full flavour and tannin ripeness. It had a seven day cold soak pre fermentation maceration to aid colour stability and extraction. This wine was aged in French oak for 18 months which has provided structure and complexity - enhancing the wonderful aromatics of cinnamon, red berry and aniseed. There is a maximum order of 2 bottles per purchase due to limited availability.
